Home Delivery Service

Criteria for delivery:

• The size limit of items to be delivered is as much as one man can carry!
• The deadline for booking deliveries for the same evening is 4pm. After this time, deliveries will be made the following day
• Deliveries can be made day or evening (Monday – Saturday)
• There is no limit to the number of items that can be delivered from one shop
• There is no limit to the number of items that can be delivered to one customer from different shops in the Brilliant Brighton area – the customer only pays one delivery charge per delivery time slot

Delivery charges are:

• BN1 BN2 or BN3 postal districts: £8
• Shoreham area: £12
• Rottingdean area: £12
• Lewes area: £18
• Worthing area: £20
• Seaford area: £20

(Streets included in the Brilliant Brighton area are: Western Road, Preston Street, Gardner Street, Kensington Gardens, Bond Street, North Street, (and the shops linking those streets) Meeting House Lane, East Street, Market Street, Brighton Place)

How to book a delivery:

• Customer buys goods and asks to have them delivered
• Trader takes name, address, telephone number of customer
• Customer selects 3 preferred delivery times in order of preference:
• Select: MONDAY / TUESDAY / WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY / FRIDAY / SATURDAY
• Select time slot – 4-6pm / 6-8pm. Or the customer can simply be referred to Bullit Couriers.
• Customer or trader calls Theo Birch from Bullit on 0845 226 8556 to confirm delivery time is available
• Customer pays by credit / debit card directly to Bullit
• Trader packages, labels and stores the customer’s purchases until collection
• Bullit will collect deliveries each day after 4pm
• Alternatively, traders can call Bullit (before 4pm) to book in all the deliveries for that day. Bullit will then call each customer directly, confirm delivery time and take payment
