Gardner Street really is the place to kick off your Jubilee celebrations this Saturday June 2nd, as 1950s hair-styling, music and fashions take over for the day. Simon Webster Hair is joining forces with The Dorset pub and The Vanity Box from London to bring you a day of preening and entertainment.

Local stylist, Simon Webster is returning to the street with his famous 1950s barber chair to offer instant quiffs and rockin’ cuts to the Dorset drinkers and Gardner Street crowd enjoying the live music on offer at the pub, including Dollarbill and Hollerin’ Stollar & The Pine Top Boys. At the salon just a few doors down, The Vanity Box (London) will be joining the Simon Webster Hair team in offering pincurls, victory rolls and Betty Page fringes to the ladies. Vintage News will be there filming the day.
