Riddle & Finns Celebrates Spring’s Seasonal Produce

To celebrate Spring and the wonderful seasonal produce that comes with it, Riddle & Finns are bringing back some old favourites including Tuna Tartare, Tiger Prawn Scampi and Monkfish Tail.

They also have some exciting new additions – don’t miss their Mussels with Cherry Tomatoes, Green Olives & Capers, Grilled Octopus with Smoked Paprika & Ceps and Oysters with Ponzu Granita.

British Asparagus is back for the season. Make the most of it whilst you can as it’s only here for eight weeks.

And let’s not forget their superb new dessert menu featuring Chocolate Fondant with Hazelnut Ice Cream and a Vanilla Panna Cotta with Peaches.

Along with some great food, we also have some fantastic new wine to offer this season. These include: Mâcon-Charnay ‘Clos De L’Église’ an elegant un-oaked Chardonnay from France, Villa Nova Alvarinho, a fresh and lively wine from Vinho Verde, Portugal.

And as the sun is starting to shine, they welcome back Albourne Estate White Pinot Noir. With the merest hint of pink hues, this local wine brings a clean, fresh and vibrant flavour with ripe red summer fruits.

They also have an elegant Blanc de Blanc from Court Garden, located just up the road from their Brighton restaurants, in Ditchling, East Sussex. A nicely balanced dry style traditional method sparkling wine with notes of green apple and lemon citrus.
