artrepublic gallery becomes Enter Gallery

Say hello to Enter Gallery. Despite the uncertainty surrounding our lives right now, it’s exciting to hear some positive and hopeful news from small businesses who are getting back on their feet amid the pandemic.

artrepublic gallery on Bond Street, which was extended into a second room last year, has become a destination for art lovers all over the world whatever their background or budget. Never afraid to experiment with new spaces and different points of view, the gallery has gone through multiple evolutions. From In the Frame, to Ink’d gallery, to artrepublic in Brighton, artrepublic in Soho and the Lawrence Alkin Gallery in London.

The beloved Brighton gallery will continue to trade in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine with the same team led by artrepublic founder, Lawrence Alkin but under a new name… Enter Gallery.

Throughout these changes their mission has remained the same, to offer affordable art to everyone, demystify art and eliminating the elitism associated with the art world. The new name, Enter Gallery reflects this ethos and marks the start of a new era for the team with a new website they have just launched www.entergallery.com.

Artrepublic.com will continue to trade as an online business while entergallery.com will be run by the gallery team.

“It’s time to write an exciting new chapter for our Brighton gallery as we now see the artrepublic brand’s future as being online. Rest assured, our Brighton gallery will continue exactly as before, under a new brand, ‘Enter Gallery’”.

The gallery has become renown for showcasing a huge range of high-quality artworks, with a focus on limited edition prints by contemporary artists. It has always been a destination designed for people from all walks of life to feel welcome.

The gallery will continue to offer the Own Art scheme making the purchase of art more accessible with 0% loans available over a 10 or 20 month period. Helping people from all walks of life connect with the arts and break down the barriers of elitism in the art world.

Enter Gallery’s popular Art Yard Sale held in Jubilee Square sadly had to be postponed due to covid-19 but will be held later in the year in line with Brighton Fringe. Check out their new website www.entergallery.com
