Celebrate the start of spring with LEON’s new menu!

LEON’s new spring menu has arrived – and is available to takeaway or for click and collect.

Here’s just a few of the new tasty dishes available from LEON’s North St, Brighton restaurant:

Big Breakfast Muffin

The Big Daddy of breakfasts. Cumberland sausage, nitrite-free bacon and a freshly poached free-range egg in a toasted sourdough muffin with LEON-made ketchup and spinach.

Peach & Raspberry Seasonal Porridge

Poached peaches nestled in raspberry jam and coconut-vanilla yoghurt on creamy, slow-cooked organic Scottish oats. Sprinkled with cacao nibs.

Sri Lankan Sweet Potato Coconut & Pineapple Curry  (photographed)

LEON’s take on this traditional Sri Lankan dish. Sweet potato, mooli and pineapple slow cooked in a sweet & sour coconut sauce spiced with cardamom, ginger and curry leaves.

Aioli Mac ‘n’ Cheeze Bites

Curls of macaroni cooked in a three-(vegan!)-cheeze, garlic and sweet potato-infused bechamel, rolled in a herby golden crumb. Excellent on their own, even better dunked in Aioli!

Seasonal Roasted Veg+ Paprika Chicken
